Bollywood is slowly turning to realistic cinema nowadays. A movie needs to be a combination of a good script, great music, captivating performances, etc.  And in today’s date many of our Bollywood movies are a package which is inclusive of all these and much more. The latest trend to have bugged Bollywood is nothing but real life cinema. Movies based on real life characters and true incidents are the talk of the town nowadays. Here we bring to you some of the movies that had the ‘real’ factor connected to it.
Author and social activist, Arundhati Roy has seen a number of dramatic twists and turns in her life. The numerous ups and downs in Arundhati’s life inspired director, Vivek Agnihotri to include a character inspired by her in his upcoming film 'Buddha in a Traffic Jam'. Arundhati has apparently been called many things including a terrorist. While some think she was only exercising her civil liberties and admire her, others dislike her for being so vocal. Mahie Gill will be playing Arundhati’s character in the film.
